As a Sr. TA Partner, I led full-cycle recruiting efforts across the technical and non-technical divisions across iZotope. As the sole TA Partner, I led and built full-cycle recruitment efforts across all of iZotope. I worked on hiring Hardware and Software Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Care positions. These positions were remote and/or hybrid to be based around the US with focus areas in Boston, New York, Columbus, Atlanta and LA. I revamped our referral program, managed relationships with external partners, and led a cross functional group to create an unconscious bias training for those who are on interview panels. Utilizing LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, I created engaging employer branding content to boost applicants for our hard to fill positions and to broaden our reach.

I joined Grubhub through the acquisition from LevelUp. I'm a full-cycle recruiter for positions based in the Boston and Chicago areas to support the rapidly growing Grubhub Enterprise team. My focus areas include Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Account Managers, Product Managers and more spread across the business/tech function.
