I manage unique, one of a kind digital marketing projects from beginning to end for various large companies, mostly but not limited to the pet insurance industry. I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 instructor coaching athletes through strength and conditioning. I have personally seen how fitness can impact an individual's physical and mental health, and there is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing my athletes achieve their goals.I specialized in HIIT programming and teaching foundational movements to those beginning their fitness journey.

As a marketing team of one, I built a marketing strategy focused on lead generation and brand development. Beginning with a foundation of social media and website content, I added several new facets to the Joseph Jewelry marketing mix. I managed all of Joseph Jewelry’s owned channels, creating awareness through organic and paid social media, paid influencer partnerships, blog articles, website content, photography, email campaigns, print materials, business listings, and SEO, resulting in higher engagement, conversion rates, and sales averages YoY. Working with the web development and sales teams, I optimized the sales funnel with various web improvement projects. I was the marketing coordinator for Cherry Street Coffee House, managing paid Facebook campaigns and graphic design for the coffee chain. I created and posted all social media content for the coffee house, including photographs, videos, blog features, and giveaways.

I planned strategic, innovative ways to reach prospective students and show them why they should choose Matteo Ricci College, including videos, flyers, and brand messaging. I worked with people in many different roles related to Matteo Ricci College, from alumni and professors to incoming freshmen, as well as the Seattle University marketing and communications team. I clarified just what it means to earn a humanities degree and created clear paths to communicate this to potential future students through marketing channels. Projects accomplished: created Linkedin alumni network; designed flyers and infographics; created and produced informational videos to use in recruiting; outlined future marketing opportunities; created a video telling of the story of Father Matteo Ricci, SJ that was featured in Seattle University Magazine.

At Matteo Ricci College, I was a peer advisor assisting students to manage their workload, supporting them with any problems, and helping them graduate on time. This involved future planning, four-year graduation plans, selecting classes, and helping with any other academic problems, such as balancing study abroad within the four-year plan. I also acted as an office assistant during my office hours, answering phones and assisting professors with administrative tasks.

I led a fundraising letter campaign to raise money for travel and other expenses, which increased team funds by over 60%, recruited new members through flyers and social media, organized regular team gatherings outside of practice, and collaborated with other officers to make imperative team decisions.
