Marketing lead on relaunch of Carpetone.com taking Carpet One from a dated web presence to the content powerhouse of the flooring industry. New features implemented include: customer experience platform - Sitecore, interactive room visualizer and other tools, and content that targets customers in all phases of the buyer journey – Inspiration/Education/Product Selection/Post-Purchase.Lead advancements that improve online customer engagement – shown through 100% increase in time-on-site.Oversee all digital projects that center around organic growth and lead management: SEO strategy and implementation, Carpet One lead management system, CMS, etc. This includes the recent launch of a mobile-friendly LMS 2 Go lead management system and a custom-built CMS enabling Carpet One store owners to manage their website content without training in Sitecore.

I manage digital marketing initiative's for CCA Global Partners' largest cooperative - Carpet One Floor & Home. At Carpet One, I've had a heavy hand in digital strategy for the brand, along with projects and day-to-day digital operations. - Website Management: I work with our agencies to implement and oversee timely updates to our National website and 800+ local store websites. This has included a complete website redesign launched in 2013 and the launch of several content marketing initiatives. - SEO: I've driven a 28% increase in organic traffic to Carpetone.com, through continued efforts to improve SEO on both the National site and microsites. - Marketing Lead on IT Projects: I act as the marketing lead on IT projects related to Carpet One Marketing. This has included the website redesign discussed above, along with the transition from Sitecore to a homegrown lead management system - affecting all 800+ flooring stores and websites.- Email Marketing: I lead the refresh to Carpet One's National email strategy, including a complete redesign of our weekly emails. As a result of website optimization and email marketing efforts, we've seen a 250% increase in our National email list. Ongoing, I manage both the National strategy and the local email program for our stores. - Analytics: I've improved executive engagement with digital initiatives through the implementation of executive dashboards. Over the last 3 years, I have integrated multiple Analytics tools to aid in the analysis of our digital metrics for the Carpet One digital infrastructure. This includes Moz, DeepCrawl, SEM Rush, and improvements to Google Analytics. - Mobile Strategy: I've been involved in the implementation of several mobile apps for Carpet One and their integration with our existing infrastructure. The most successful app was the launch of a best-in-class event app for the bi-annual Carpet One all-store conference.

At Daimer Industries, I managed the online marketing strategy for one of the largest online suppliers of cleaning equipment.
