My mission to inspire and empower individuals, teams and organizations to thrive in their work and in the world. I'm a high-energy leader and I bring a sense of excitement and expansiveness to my work. I enjoy brainstorming new ways of blending business and people strategies. I'm also someone who can deliver: I am often driving key initiatives that require alignment and buy-in across the business. The work I do best is identifying the needs of the business, building meaningful relationships, identifying learning solutions, designing and facilitating virtual learning and leadership experiences, curating bite-size learning content, and collaborating cross-functionally. I love bringing people together and I thrive when I'm working as part of a team towards a shared goal.I started out my career as management consultant after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. I spent the earlier part of my career in technology consulting and since then I have worked in international development, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, executive search, talent management, career development, leadership development, and learning and development. I am the co-author of "The Empowered Job Search: Build a New Mindset and Get a Great Job in an Unpredictable World." In 2014, I wrote "Coaching is Calling: A Guide to Coach Training Programs and Professional Career Paths." I am currently pursuing my doctorate in education at the University of Pennsylvania, researching the impact of organizational restructuring on individual careers.Expertise: Learning & Development Strategy, Learning Experience Design, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Consulting, Career/Leadership/Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning, Operations, Change Management, Talent Management, Recruitment/Hiring, Executive Search, Succession Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility, Philanthropy, Social Sector, Technology, Startups, Smoothie Making.Top 5 Strengths: Futuristic, Activator, Connectedness, Woo, Input
