The work I do best is identifying the needs of the business, building meaningful relationships, identifying learning solutions, designing and facilitating virtual learning and leadership experiences, curating bite-size learning content, and collaborating cross-functionally. I love bringing people together and I thrive when I'm working as part of a team towards a shared goal.I started out my career as management consultant after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. I spent the earlier part of my career in technology consulting and since then I have worked in international development, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, executive search, talent management, career development, leadership development, and learning and development. I am the co-author of "The Empowered Job Search: Build a New Mindset and Get a Great Job in an Unpredictable World." In 2014, I wrote "Coaching is Calling: A Guide to Coach Training Programs and Professional Career Paths."
