This was a professional exchange where I worked at Scania's head office in Sweden. I was responsible for the implementation of their new email marketing software and supporting the European Scania dealers with the use of this software - Apsis. Key responsibilities:• Promoting the use of the email marketing software to Scania's European dealers through targeted campaigns, with measurable results.• Communicating the benefits of the new software to the dealers.• Creating templates for the dealers to assist with ease of use of the software.• Providing training and support regarding the email marketing software to specific European markets who were interested in using the tool, namely Denmark, Spain, France and Germany.• Managing the process from start to finish regarding the implementation of the new software
