I'm a recent graduate of the Gies College of Business at UIUC where I earned my B.S. in Marketing and B.S. in Management.My current role is with the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an Associate HR Generalist in their job rotation program. In this role I get to work with a diverse group of individuals and gain a broad exposureto different facets of human resources across UW Madison's campus. My first rotation in Workforce Relations is providing me with experiences in policy work, educating the campus community on procedures and best practices, and giving guidance to the different divisions of the university relating to leave strategy and compliance.
