Current- Account manager for 200+ accounts, including mail order catalog, e-commerce, and subscription box customers o Work with buyers to grow sales in established accounts o Responsible for day-to-day relationships with accounts, including order processing, sales tracking, providing samples, and liaising with customer service to resolve order issues. o Achieved double digit increase in year over year sales annually since from 2016 to 2021- Identify and target new sales opportunities o Pitch partnership opportunities to non-retailers and curated book selections to retailers in the catalog, e-commerce, and subscription space- Partner with marketing and editorial to provide exclusive content for customers- Manage and curate titles by category and license for inclusion in regular promotion on flash sale sites- Answer new business inquiries and reach out to prospective new accounts o Responsible for more than $100,000 in new billing in 2022- Oversee the multi million dollar custom/proprietary sales channel as of January 2023- Communicate channel news and information to key internal and external stakeholders to develop more product customers are looking for and remain competitive with other publishers selling to these customers- Manage two direct reports, the custom manager and a departmental coordinator
