Hello there! I’m Lauren Catts, an educator, aspiring leader, and Brené Brown’s number one fan. I love my job! To misquote Ted Lasso, “I do love a classroom. It smells like potential.”I bring over a decade of experience in elementary education at Title I schools. Known for my love of spiral-bound professional development books and local coffee shops, I’m passionate about visible learning research, supporting teachers, and bringing levity and joy to the serious work of education. The heart of teaching and learning can be summed up in two sentences: Kids first. Relationships matter. I work to cultivate psychological safety in every team I’m a part of so that those core priorities can guide our work and ultimately have an impact on student growth and achievement.
