I was responsible to create, test and deliver a training program that would prevent customers from churning at the 50% benchmark from 2018. Developing a short but efficient training program to any software will increase the stickiness of a customer. The developed program was 16 weeks total with 2 phases for the users to work through, meeting with their coach, once per week. Phase 1 - Technical Training: The owner + admin would meet once per week with a technical coach to review and learn the software. Together, goals within the software were meet to ensure longevity of the client. In conjunction with this training, any additional team members would be completing their technical training through an online learning management system (LMS) which we built as well. Phase 2 - Business Strategy Coaching: The entire user team would come together to learn business strategy taught in short 30 min. screen sharing coaching calls from a coach who is actively running a successful real estate team. Each call would take the users through best practices and practical uses of the CRM that create higher ROI! I worked with the team at Metrix to test clients through the unique experience before handing the experience back to the real estate CRM software company (client) upon completion. To date, the training is running well and producing a lower churn rate which is not public record at this time. -

Took my knowledge gained from the Partner Program and supported this understaffed team and its purpose. The Live Events Team is responsible for delivering 2 large Infusionsoft education programs: Infusionsoft University and Infusionsoft Accelerator. When I arrived at this position there was no OnDemand classroom available for Infusionsoft University nor was there any support from Infusionsoft's 600 employees to ensure these events were seamless for customers. In addition to creating the OnDemand program, I also created a team of 50 employee Ambassadors “Volunteers” to ensure customer success at each event. Building an internal community is the first step to success when hosting live events. Infusionsoft University is a $600 3 day live course in which I would teach along with another trainer 23 modules split up to show Infusionsoft Users the basics. I supported taking this program online through the Litmos LMS program to allow 24/7 access to our international partners (a better customer experience). This program has been shown to improve customer retention from 30 to 92 months and increased Customer Life Revenue by $10,000. Infusionsoft Accelerator, is an intense 3 day implementation summit for small businesses to work with Infusionsoft Partners and get them up and running within the software. Most services included such as Facebook ads, copywriting, Campaign building, etc… This program is $10,000 and has a 70% sales increase rate with customers small business. -
