During my time at GWLRA I undertook two roles at two of their downtown locations. My general duties were to act as assistant to the property management to serve as the key front-line contact to both internal and external customers, delivering a prompt and consistent service and maintaining an effective flow of information to the property manager. • General administrative tasks including filing, answering the telephone and emails, distribution of mail, and written correspondence and memorandums to tenants • Manage and Maintain Angus Anywhere along with following the process to administer purchase orders• Coordinate tenant events and holiday gatherings • Confidently leading the property work permit process, collecting, checking and verifying Tenant and Vendors Certificates of Insurance and WSIBs. • Communicate with vendors regarding contracts, complaints and requests
