As a strategic solution director my role is to develop Select Sires Canada’s herd strategy dealing with more complex dairy farm accounts. I will guide and lead strategic solutions and genetic support within the national organization into creating value in the organization. The ultimate goal is to identify a client's reproductive, genetic & business goals and then design reproductive solutions and genetic development programs that will allow targeted dairy producers to achieve their goals and ultimately strengthen our business relationships.

As a genetic & reproductive solutions specialist my role is to help our clients be profitable in their dairy businesses. My goal is to identify a client's reproductive, genetic & business goals and then design a reproductive solutions and genetic development program that helps the client achieve their goals• Providing team sales support• Identifying customers needs, and providing genetic and reproductive solutions• Analyze and compile genetic data, genomic data, generate genetic audits • Analyze and advise herds on management practices based on herd data and observations• Work with dairyman to develop the most genetic progression and herd demographics with herd goals in mind
