Continuously improve and consolidating process/systems between all manufacturing sites to control and monitor correct, effective and processing of materials. This covered scrap reduction and control of mass/meter use of material against design. Analyse statistics on material use, scrap and quality. Identify opportunities for improvements. Managing/guiding problem solving projects to reduce and/or eliminate material waste.

Started as process engineer covering paper insulated cables and then heavily involved with LV and MV Monosil Process insulation.
