Drive teams for new product development from concept to commercialization; lifecycle management projects such as EU MDR, DHF Remediation, design improvements, discontinuations, and quality system improvements; and merger and acquisition transitions. Examples include the LED Headlight, Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery instruments, sterilization containers, DHF remediation for multiple sites, Omni-tract acquisition, and MicroFrance acquisition. Negotiated contracts over $1M for development and manufacturing of new products. Spearheaded divisional project portfolio management through internal tools and managing the Gensight software.
