I worked as a customer service representative and claim processor. This multidisciplinary role facilitated my development of many skills. I developed excellent multitasking skills as my position entailed both customer interaction and document processing. I developed effective communication skills through customer inquiry elicitation and satisfaction. I also demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to new tasks through successful department role rotations.
