In charge of running Women performance offer (textile + footwear)Identify worldwide customers' needs :- Analysis of the market and market actors- Observing, listening to users on the field- Traveling abroad to discover new trends- Attending International trade shows- Piloting market studies- Define market segmentationBuild, schedule and pilot global range of products :- Write a long term products vision and pilot the trajectory to reach that vision.- Obtain ressources and staff to develop innovative products linesManage the product design and development process :- Define functional product specifications, define design orientations according to the market analysis and price target.- Functional management of the conception team (designers, engineers...) from project kick off to readjustment according to economic performances.Products and services communication :- Define product communication plans and multi media contents.- Validate the formal creation of the communication
