I also assist in leasing and landholding re-structuring matters in the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors on behalf of landlords and tenants and for property trusts and financiers. I enjoy applying industry contexts and insights to advise my clients and solve complex negotiations. This team also specialises in commercial structuring and advice matters, including for start-ups, joint-ventures and partnerships.In the Planning & Environment team, I assisted in acting for major private and public developers, city and regional councils, principal submitters, national franchisors and waste-management and resource recovery organisations in land use litigation in the Planning & Environment Court of Queensland.
