About Laurence Wright

Making a positive difference in children's lives is what inspired me to pursue a career in secondary education, and it is still what drives me today. But while I have thoroughly enjoyed my years at the front of the classroom, I am now interested in stepping outside of the school environment. My interests lie in educational research and policy, especially with regards student support and widening participation. It is my goal to combine my experience and interests in a position that will allow me to create educational experiences that celebrate diversity and enable students to access the education that best suits their needs and goals.
