- Facilitate Risk Self Assessments with department managers in a workshop environment. - Select and implement the risk management software SWORD acting as end-to-end responsible from the requirements specification up to the live implementation.- Coordinate risk assessments across SWIFT dealing with various management levels throughout the organization to identify recommendations for improvement.- Liaise with other risk management groups to integrate their findings in the SWIFT Risk register.

- Conduct feasibility studies gathering objective arguments to built business cases and defend recommendations. - Manage business change requests (Centralize, understand, challenge, prioritize and document business requirements) acting as an interface between IT development and business departments.

- Business blueprint (As Is - To Be - Fit gap analysis), Project coordination (Planning & resources follow-up) and Implementation (SEM BPS - CO (CCA-OPA-PA) - CATS): implementation of a new controlling model integrated with CATS (SAP 4.6) and a new budgeting and forecasting tools (BW/SEM-BPS) for which I combined project management tasks with business consultant ones, both successfully thanks to good organisation and communication skills.- Define and coordinate a financial year-end closing plan including the follow-up of business and system activities.- Test, document and train end users on business enhancements
