Laurence is a highly regarded Senior IT Executive with extensive management experience across multiple IT disciplines. He has been involved in all facets of running large IT departments, from senior executive stakeholder management, IT strategy development, team leadership through to project governance, operational management and process improvement as well as vendor selection, negotiation and management. More recently he has been heavily involved with IT demergers and transitional agreements. Laurence is also the chair of the SAP Australian User Group, an independent not for profit organisation serving and growing the SAP user community.Laurence has been involved in IT strategy development, IT budgeting and financial management, IT organisational change and IT operational planning and management.
