Electrical Engineer-in-training and Red Seal Construction Electrician with a focus on power systems. I am always striving to learn new skills and apply my knowledge in new, and interesting ways. I am also interested in computer hardware design and topology, as well as enhancing my proficiency in multiple programming languages. I have many years of experience in the industrial electrical sector. With projects completed in sawmills, planer mills, energy plants, pellet plants, and much more. As a Red Seal construction electrician, I was a lead hand and foreman for many years. During my time as a lead hand, I ensured the successful, safe, and on-time completion of construction projects. Examples of these electrical projects include continuous kiln installation and troubleshooting, installation of pelletizers and hammer mills in pellet plants, installation of power distribution centers and motor control centers, PLC installation and programming, and more. I have completed electrical installations in the United States and have always placed safety and efficiency as my highest priorities.I have many interests outside of school and work, and I am always trying new and interesting activities. I enjoy building custom computers, and playing guitar and piano. I also enjoy hiking, golfing, and being outdoors. I have restored classic/vintage vehicles and enjoy working on engines in my spare time.I have always been a lifelong learner and never missed an opportunity to continue my education. I am currently learning to play the piano and increasing my proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs.
