I am very interested in bringing data science to the benefit of society. I am convinced that we can make people's lives better with data and AI, provided we analyse and use the data in the right way. And, as long as we involve people in the process. I believe in the learning effect of the interaction between humans and AI. I have extensive experience in applying data science and statistics in scientific research, policy research and medical research. In these studies I have performed various roles, such as data scientist, advisor, project coordination and governance. I am a data scientist with a background in psychology and this enables me to easily switch between the technical and the human side of an issue and to connect parties with different interests.
