About Laurence K Shields

Laurence founded LK Shields Solicitors in 1988. He was Managing Partner until May 2005 and Chairman from May 2005 until April 2012. During this time LK Shields Solicitors grew from a staff of 10 to 130 to become one of Ireland's leading law firms.Laurence's practiced mainly in the corporate and commercial area including mergers and acquisitions. He also advised on partnership law and on employment law, in particular to senior executives.Laurence has lectured extensively throughout his career, particularly on company law and partnership.
