MHA is the largest charity care provider in the UK. It supports over 18,000 older people in care homes and communities throughout the country. I researched, wrote and oversaw editorial content for internal and stakeholder publications and websites, and prepared press releases. Included copy editing monthly stakeholder magazine, with original content based on phone and in-person interviews.Commissioned to write a history of MHA to mark its 65th anniversary, including separate entries for 104 care homes and schemes across the UK. By developing long-term, meaningful relationships with local area and project managers across the UK, I sourced and shaped the human stories that helped make MHA's standards and values visible and provided the basis for a major fundraising initative.
