I work directly with the Director and Owner of the business to carry out essential operational, legislative, and compliance administration for a 65 pax bar operating under a Hotel Licence and am accountable for carrying out weekly stocktake, purchase orders, banking, supplier quote management, and additional office management as required.I led and completed the Extended Trading Hours Authorisation: Hotel License process with Liquor & Gaming NSW involving research into the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) as well as Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority NSW Fact Sheets and Guidelines. I directly support the company director/owner by supporting meetings and correspondence with our 20+ key suppliers , community stakeholders, sponsors, and government bodies including preparing meeting documents and recording minutes for company records.

I manage bar operations 3-4 days a week with a team of 1-3 staff per shift under the licensee for Hustle & Flow bar with a capacity of 65 pax ensuring all responsible service of alcohol and liquor regulations. This involves promoting sales and maximising daily takings, managing nightly bar floor inventory, implementing procedures that have significantly reduced consumables, open and close procedures including cash drawer preparation and producing daily end of shift sales reports. I have trained and coached 6 new staff on house policy, procedures and performance standards.I engage with patrons creating a safe and welcoming environment and have directly contributed to our large network of regular patrons. I have contributed to the menu designing signature cocktails and I directly implement our regular patron recognition activities including painting the faces of regular patrons on the walls of the venue.
