Prior to graduating into a Consultant, I was assigned to manage the South and South West Region for IT Support, Infrastructure and DevOps roles. Since opening, Searchability have focused on recruitment within Software Development and so I was tasked with building up my client base from scratch within the Support & Infrastructure Sector as it had previously been unworked. To progress into the title of Recruitment Consultant you must bill £8,000 in one calendar month through the acquisition of your own client, spec and candidate. During my first month as a Trainee Consultant I successfully opened an account with an IT Solutions Organisation and placed a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer with a placement fee of £6,675. In my second month as a Trainee I placed a Senior Systems Administrator billing £4,875.Finally, in the third month I billed £9,750 through 2 placements: Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer and a Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer. Upon doing so I Successfully hit my promotion target and graduated to title of Recruitment Consultant in June 2019.
