I am responsible for the supply of engineering staff on both temporary and permanent basis.

Delivery Lead role enables me to grow further within the company and allows me to work alot closer with the management team. I have also been responsible for helping the team with their screening techniques as well as providing training in order to get the best out of the candidates. This allows us to deliver a high standard of quality for the client.

I started working for Manpower in early 2011. Since working at Manpower I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience with a large number of clients. I work within our Centre of Recruitment Excellence which is also known as Manpower CORE North. I have worked with some of the company’s largest clients such as BT, E.ON, Npower, TalkTalk and Bombardier. My main focus was to maintain an excellent client relationship in order to deliver and fulfil the client’s requirements, Providing accurate updates and recruitment Fulfilment.

I worked in John Lewis throughout completing a BTEC Retail course within Gosforth High School 6th Form. This was in order to complete my course as well gaining knowledge of the retail background. John Lewis is a huge and well known company nationwide and since working alongside staff at John Lewis and being provided with extensive training with Managerial employees I was able to learn a lot about the Retail industry.

I worked within McDonalds as a Team member throughout being in full time education. McDonalds was a very fast paced environment. I worked in various roles mainly on front desk taking orders from customers and dealing with any complaints or enquiries customers may have. McDonalds was very target driven environment from speaking to the customer to the preparation of the food. Making sure that everything was done to the expectations of the customer in order to increase repeat business for the company.
