Within the full product suite, led the strategy for the growing web application, created our first mobile application (iOS & Android), software extensions (Adobe PPro, Twitch) and customer-facing API products (docs.soundstripe.com).Strategic and collaborative partner to the C-Suite and Engineering organization to continue delivering early and often, maintaining the industry’s highest-quality production library and easiest licensing product experience for creators and platforms. Experience spans developing new core product value, expansion product revenue, market and customer research, packaging, pricing, CRO, product marketing, UX, activation, time to value, and partnerships.An empathetic, passionate people leader and coach to the product department; mentor to the team of group and senior product owners and curators that develop Soundstripe’s catalog, products and features through an agile product ownership discipline. Organizationally design and coach the product, catalog, and data development domain-based scrum teams around changing business needs and models.Laser-focused on the success and thriving of the customer and end users, through a product experience that decreases time to value and increases key success rates in conversion, activation, engagement and retention.
