Lead PM for Commerce space executing full current state documentation, new site/CX requirements, PRDs, third party tool contracts and onboarding, UAT, migration, and rollout to 100%. During this transition new tools onboarded for self-service returns (Happy Returns,) Customer Service (Gladly + Thankful AI,) Tax (Vertex), Fraud (Kount), and PLCC homegrown offsite payments app.

Successfully merged this program into the regular core business.Product Launches: In addition to opening products to more countries for sale, this role was about scaling back countries via UI and store updates to alert customers that shipping was either unavailable or longer speeds. Supported technical updates for Covid cart restrictions. Supported Supply Chain Tech viabusiness requirements to increase warehouse management system to allow additional countries to flow through our fulfilment center.

Led large US QA team and pushing to transform to more agile and proactive quality management. Major focus on implementing strategic quality improvement strategies that result in positive ROI and customer experiences for all consumer product categories. Driving forward operational improvements and closer cross functional relationships within the QRG retail group (QVC, HSN, & zulily). Significant cost savings and process efficiencies gained within first year.

Key responsibilities included quality, product safety/compliance, and pricing ownership. Developed, hired and managed workforce, implementing two brand new programs for the company: Product Quality and Pricing Compliance. Day to day consisted of training merchants and vendors, managing a pricing team, and establishing processes for merchants to adhere to quality and compliance requirements.
