Operations Manager
Current- Responsible for day-to-day function and execution of Customer Service department tasks including customer communication, order and data entry, and weekly KPI reporting to the CEO
- Company expert in Brandwise system which contains 100+ brands. Duties include product file maintenance and upload, updates to the front end and shopping websites, tracking of company’s daily order intake
- Includes onboarding of new brands to all systems and offboarding at the completion of a partnership
- Create and update company’s help center database which contains how-to guides for employees and retailers
- Assist with logistics, operations, and customer service for up to 20 gift and home trade shows per year
- Work closely with chief executive team on various tasks including companywide training, new software implementations, and trade show/showroom planning
