Nadrasca is a disability support organisation in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne helping people live their lives, their way. We make no assumptions about the best way to support people – we are guided by the individual. Life is a journey of discovery, and our purpose is to help people along that journey.We support more than 300 people to achieve their personal and professional goals through a diverse range of supports and services including accommodation (Supported Independent Living and Outreach), day programs and activities, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), supported employment and support coordination.As a non-executive director I work with the Nadrasca board to navigate risk, strategy and financial discussions and decisions in collaboration with the Executive Leadership team.

Worked on major projects in Singapore with a strong focus on architectural acoustics, construction noise and vibration and project management. Key Singapore-based projects included:- Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort- SportsHub- MRT future station design (Acoustics and Electroacoustic) - 9 stations- National University of Singapore (NUS) Masterplan Phase 2- Singapore Managment University (SMU) School of Law- High-end corporate office fit-out for clients in the banking and resources sectors

Worked primarily on infrastructure projects with a particular focus on groundborne noise and vibration due to the construction and operation of underground rail. Involved in the acoustic and electroacoustic design of high end office space for a banking institution and created and presented the auralisation of the acoustic design options for a luxury residential building in order to assist the client to make cost vs. performance design decisions.Key Projects worked on:- Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART) EIS - CrossRail- High-end corporate office fit-out for clients in the banking and resources sectors - Luxury residential development, central London

Conducted the physical acoustic modelling and the late stages of the software-based acoustic modelling of the Melbourne Recital Centre (MRC). Was an acoustic consultant for the western expansion of Victoria's premiere medical research facilitiy, the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute (WEHI). Provided acoustic consultancy services for several acosutically challenging primary schools built based on the open-plan teaching/learning concept.
