I serve as an escalation point, providing 24/7 first- and second-level support for our Traffic Control and Operations Centres. My role involves maintaining applications, client operating systems, desktop and server equipment, specialized systems, and networked infrastructure. I ensure our ITS systems meet availability and reliability targets through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades. Additionally, I oversee and maintain critical equipment, including PABXs, trunked radios, data networks, CCTV, traffic flow systems, PLCs, and building security systems, to support seamless, secure operations.

I design, develop, and implement control system solutions for mining, mineral processing, and other projects, ensuring they meet engineering standards and client requirements. Leveraging my technical proficiency, I solve complex engineering challenges and take ownership of control system aspects within projects, including developing, reviewing, and approving deliverables. I produce high-quality technical documentation, from reports to manuals, and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Additionally, I provide on-site and commissioning support, ensuring control systems perform as intended in real-world environments.
