- Provide marketing and advertising consults to businesses who are actively seeking a stronger brand presence in their industry- Develop and execute traditional and online initiatives to help further the conversation of the brand - Provide training on email marketing, native advertising, content strategy, social strategy and branding best practices

- Lead the company PR initiatives, marketing assets, company website updates, and promotional materials, all while maintaining brand cohesion - Develop and execute inbound marketing funnels in order to intice, educate and attract potential partnerships- Assist new business development by crafting sales materials such as vidoes, infographics and eBooks to help evolve sales conversations- Manage the creative team, oversee projects, providing Hubspot training as well as acting as the Hubspot Ambassador on behalf of GEM

- Oversee social strategy and manage execution for all client accounts, which includes: directing channel voice/vision, daily content creation (copy and image manipulation), channel monitoring and consumer communications- Develop and execute social media promotional campaigns and paid advertising strategies for both products and services - Provide monthly analytics for clients’ accounts and provide detailed recommendations to optimize content based on performance- Manage the social media team, delegating tasks, providing training as well as development for thier understanding of the industry

- Executed brand cohesion and creative direction on behalf of GEM Vancouver‘s clients: TEDxStanley Park, Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, Postitive Living BC and North Pacfic Yachts- Managed Vancouver-based team in order to help meet and exeed client deliverables- Drive business development, overseeing key accounts, and providing strategic leadership.on behalf of the company - Maintain financial accounts and forecasting with CFO as well as reporting with the CEO on both the client roster and new business development

- Dealing with a high number of calls, servicing and maintaining Pre-paid travel money cards- Handling difficult customers who were having trouble with accessing their funds- Overseeing accounts and dealing with both general and IT support regarding the functions of the Card

- Served as personal assistant to Miss Mills and the senior members of staff, as well as responsible for basic office duties- Client retention; maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients, making sure they are satisfied with our products and services- Assisting with budget forecasts, daily inventories and stock management- Leads development through market research and strategic planning; carried out through a combination of telesales and direct marketing

Planning, preparing and carrying out daily Basketball sessions for children between 8-15 years of age. Actively creating sessions based upon the abilities presented on the day, constantly adapting each session to the needs of the group. Mentoring, advising and solving problems that the children may have faced in everyday camp life, supporting their social and physical development.

Representing front of house; monitoring attendance, membership registrations, equipment and bookings. Handling incoming telephone calls in regards to bookings and enquiries. Organising and maintaining the membership filing system. Providing First Aid and CPR in the work place.

Liaising with existing and potential clients; making sure all their expectations were met and that their relations ran smoothly. Making sure the contact mailing details were up to date, inputting data and carrying out various administrative tasks. Organising, updating and re-evaluating artist’s portfolios in order to make them more attractive for potential clients.

Providing advice on council tax, benefits and housing rents over the telephone. Administering payments and discussing accounts. Dealing with concerns and complaints of charge payer’s accounts. Providing useful, reliable and specific advice to each charge payer whilst combining these with the needs and expectations of the workforce performance and service levels.
