Primary person responsible for the delivery of NICA programs across the United States. Key influencer and contributor on executive team in building NICA infrastructure to scale during exponential growth. Utilized innovative leadership and strategy to build capacity to meet growth demands. During tenure NICA expanded from 3 leagues (with 1400 coaches and students) to 33 leagues (with 30,000 coaches and students) in 31 states, achieving national recognition as the "mountain bike revolution."Strengthened, built and developed national team and state leadership while cultivating a culture of trust, character, community and strong work ethic. Created repeatable training models and systems to train and launch leagues into independence and perpetuity.

Wore many hats to both build and fly the NICA plane simultaneously while providing inspiration and vision. Responsible for all events, including national conference and industry trade shows. Managed and built from the ground up all operations for Yellow Wood Coffee & Tea (restaurant) and Sage Terrace (high end boutique.) The two extremely fast-paced businesses served 12,000 + customers a month.Utilized entrepreneurial skills, business savvy and leadership strength to drive the business growth and and manage marketing, inventory, finances, staff and culture.

Responsible for maintaining financials for organization. Contributed to foundational strategy. Trained in high ropes course safety and team building facilitation.
