I follow lesson plans if there are any left by the teacher and assist the students with any trouble in their assignments. If there are no lesson plans I create activities or plans to follow along with the current curriculum. The experience and skills it takes to manage a classroom in which you have very little authority and rapport due to the short time you are with the students is valuable in many different jobs/settings.

I planned and handled fabulous monthly resident events and activities and worked on planning events for our companies charity of choice, St. Judes.
