I have been a singer with the Concord Chamber Singers since August of 2012, and a member of the executive board since of July 2017. As of August 2018, I am the current Vice President of the board. • Designed and maintain our new website, that holds both information and links to purchase concert tickets • Design and implement all marketing emails and maintain the master mailing list• Create content and manage social media presence on Facebook and Instagram• Organize various concerts throughout the year• Participate in monthly board discussions about concerts, long term strategic plan, and managing choir member issues

• Designed and implemented solutions on a wide variety of projects (primarily CRMs) in a wide variety of languages, including fully custom solutions, solutions built in the Laravel framework, solutions built within Zoho Creator, and solutions built within WordPress• Learned the new languages and frameworks as needed to be able to support any projects or tasks as assigned• Acted as the project manager for a subset of projects, managed other resources on the project, conducted weekly meetings with the clients to discuss issues and work through requirements while compiling meeting minutes, maintained the project plan with weekly progress and budget updates, and built the client relationship• Primarily took over existing projects as lead/sole developer and project manager to support existing solution and add new features as requested• Onboarded a few new projects as lead/sole developer and project manager to sort through all their initial requirements, compile an entity diagram, and present and discuss a solution prior to implementation • As a member of the Development team, participated in weekly Continued Education sessions, either learning or working on solo projects including building a chat program to demonstrate knowledge of WebSockets• Outside of Role - participated in monthly Lean In discussions, including compiling some presentations, and was an active member of the Social committee

• Designed and implemented custom IBM WebSphere Commerce solutions for a variety of clients, both B2B and B2C, for both desktop and mobile• Wrote developer knowledge transfer documentation, technical specifications, and detailed estimates for change requests • Collaborated with the client while writing the functional specification and on the details of any change requests • Continually supported projects through various defect resolution cycles, both before initial go-live and later in maintenance • Mentored and onboarded all incoming resources, including interns, new hires who do not know the technology, and resources from other projects who need to understand the specific customizations for the current project • Assisted with the development and implementation of customizations assigned to other team members, answering any questions, removing roadblocks, and taking on the role of Technical Architect when the TA was unavailable • Managed the resources on the team and maintained all plan updates when the Project Manager was unavailable, and helped the PM triage all incoming defects to ensure they are assigned to the most efficient resource • Outside of Role - cultivated the office culture by organizing birthday celebrations, holiday celebrations, and a yearly charity drive I was promoted to Senior Technical Consultant July 2017.

My team at Trifecta was acquired by Perficient on May 8, 2014. • Developed custom e-commerce solutions using the IBM WebSphere platform, primarily completing daily marketing, promotional, and product catalog tasks.• Developed a multitude of informative sub-sites on both national and international sites and created guided user surveys that resulted in product suggestions suited to the user's needs. • Maintained and supported a variety of projects that were in maintenance as a Project Technical Lead

During my last semester of college, I worked at Trifecta Technologies part-time to participate in a "Bootcamp" to learn all the aspects of e-Commerce websites (and all the new programming languages).

Oversaw a community with students of all class years and developed, advertised, and delivered programs to create and ensure a cohesive and productive living environment.

I gave weekly tours of Lafayette College's campus as well as participated in various Accepted Students Day or Experience Lafayette events. I also hosted a few prospective students overnight and was a presence in the engineering building on specific Engineering Days to talk to students about what it would be like to be an engineering student at Lafayette.

• Designed, implemented, tested, and presented a software interface for an upcoming product. • Reverse-engineered a competing product by reducing to a circuit and drawing a detailed schematic.

• Observed the daily activities of a family-owned business specializing in digital media systems. • Compiled the monthly e-mail to customers advertising new and upcoming digital media products.

Learned excellent customer service and became an expert at every entry-level position (cook, clean, drive-thru, cashier, opening, closing), as well as how to do all the entry-level positions at the same time.
