We focus on acquiring lower-middle market companies, typically from their founders. While we have companies in a variety of industries including travel, technology, and publishing, we focus on niche business-to-business service providers and manufacturers. With a bias towards growth and profitability, we manage the companies with an emphasis on long-term value creation and the companies are rarely sold.

Managed team of interns in researching and analyzing the relationship between economic freedom, as measured by the Heritage Foundation's Index of Economic Freedom, and economic growth in order to inform entry and exit decision for international markets.Led team of interns in the legal research of Real Estate Investment Trusts and found solutions for investors to tax-effectively exit a real estate focused limited partnership. Conducted due diligence, modeled returns and reviewed closing documents for two deals.

Researched and produced a memorandum on the effects of securities regulation for a private equity fund and private placement offerings. Worked as part of the consulting team on 10-13 clients with roughly $24 billion in aggregate assets. Supported consultants by providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of client and manager investment portfolios. Advised clients on asset allocation, manager selection, and spending.
