By leveraging a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, I uncover insights that inform user-centered design decisions and drive product improvements.Some of my highlights include:⭐️ Transforming data and insights communication, unifying complex and scattered information on 6 new strategic dashboards used by 6 departments, creating internal learning guides and tutorials, and saving 3 days per month of manual updating.⭐️ Designing a strategic and centralized internal knowledge-base application, leading this high priority project in coordination with 8 departments globally, and facilitating meetings for directors and other primary stakeholders, achieving 100% project completion and director satisfaction.⭐️ Led the redesign effort by conducting user research, designing information architecture, and making design recommendations for a new enterprise operations application. This involved understanding user needs, proposing a new IA structure, collaborating with stakeholders, and iteratively refining designs based on user feedback.
