TellMed Strategies is a public relations agency specializing in the health sciences. As an Account Manager, I provide strategic counsel in social media, media relations, and corporate communications to clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical companies. I develop key messages, social media calendars, media monitoring and social metrics reports, award submissions, patient advocacy materials, and conference recommendations to help companies reach their desired audience and track their results. I also draft recommendations for honing C-suite executives' profiles, share guidance on engaging with others' posts, manage daily publishing across multiple clients and platforms, conduct media outreach, and liaise with graphic designers to create compelling visuals.

Mountainside Treatment Center is an esteemed addiction treatment facility, recognized by two healthcare accrediting bodies, with locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. As Media Relations Coordinator, I tripled media mentions of Mountainside in national and local press outlets from 2019 to 2020 and focused on ways to continuously improve Mountainside's media efforts. In order to reduce the stigma surrounding substance use disorders and connect those in need with the help they deserve, I shared information about Mountainside's treatment services, including free support groups, with reporters and the public.

As a contributing writer, I inspired social and environmental change by composing and sharing informative articles relevant to nonprofits.

As a Database Coordinator for the Inventory Control department at Shiseido Group U.S.A., I maintained accurate records of Shiseido’s employees, vendors, and products on the J. D. Edwards database. I likewise assisted with writing department procedures and training new employees.

During this internship, I assisted with processing the museum's archival collections, which involved examining and cataloging documents, photographs, and newspaper clippings in order to make information about Mahwah's history accessible to the public.
