Key Accomplishments:- Producer of NY Emmy-nominee and Anthem Award-winner “Let’s Get This Show on the Street,” an outdoor celebration on 42nd Street featuring performances from Sara Bareilles, Freestyle Love Supreme Academy, Bill Irwin and Dance Theatre of Harlem- Led New 42’s successful rebrand in 2021, and New Victory rebrand and lobby renovation in 2017- Key player in the expansion of online engagement for New Victory, garnering one million views for arts curriculum series for remote learners and managing distribution partnership with PBS nationwide- Created and implemented campaigns for over 250 shows from 30 countries for the New Victory Theater, working directly with artists to introduce the large majority to the NYC marketplace for the first time, including the U.S. premieres of Cornwall’s Kneehigh Theatre, Cape Town’s Isango Ensemble and Montreal’s 7 Fingers- Launched annual sold-out summer dance program “New Victory Dance” - Designed micro-donation campaign for The New Victory Theater - increased number of individual donors by 471% in the first yearResponsibilities:- Lead 24-person team in all aspects of public communication - Direct and supervise Marketing, Creative Content, Social Media, Digital Services and Ticket Services departments, as well as public relations firm- Work closely with Board of Directors on strategic planning and branding initiatives- Guide organizational audience development work in tandem with providing executive team leadership around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging practices- Develop and produce original content for multiple platforms including digital in-theater experiences - Continually grow and replenish audience base through implementation of innovative revenue management practices- Serve as one of the institutional leaders in strategic planning processes
