Director of a not-for-profit that helps people navigate career changes, gain practical experience and boost their employability. I believe that careers are fluid, flexible and adaptable, and that support for careers should be too. My own career has been non-linear and at times a roller-coaster ride. Through my personal struggles, I have learnt that by having the right combination of hard and soft skills, and by knowing how to gain and showcase the right practical experience, that no matter how many shifts you make in your career, you can always thrive. Through this not-for-profit, I am building a resource base for the new world of fluid careers.
