Knowledge and skills include:• Experience with all phases of project documentation from programming and schematic design through construction administration.• Conducting field surveys and existing conditions documentation.• Performing field visits, writing site observations, meeting with contractors and preparing punch lists.• Creating and coordinating drawings and specifications for construction.• Reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs.• Working within a team to create 3D models, renderings, and virtual reality walk-throughs.• Performing materials research and selection.• Experience with client, consultant and team coordination.• Experience with code review, ADA and BOMA standards.• Managing the firm's online FTP site with internal staff, as well as outside clients and contractors.• Responsible for supporting all disciplines on assigned projects, maintaining the quality of drawings and conformance to company standards, and coordination of conflicts between disciplines.
