Machines and Can Plant Production Planner --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dominating through a pandemic with the best team on Earth!- Specializing in procurement of material and parts from Bill of Materials for production- Problem solving supply chain issues and sourcing parts from alternate vendors when needed- Collaborative member of testing new integrations as we plan for intercompany growth- Process and review all intercompany transactions from sales order to final product and shipping- Direct communication with vendors and maintaining positive professional relationships- Production planning for all incoming machine orders and lead times- Collaborate with Materials Manager and VP of Machines for proactive purchasing and planning- Partner with Inventory Specialist on all purchasing requests and inventory receiving- Thorough review of new orders to identify discrepancies prior to orders making it to production- Inventory adjustments for scrap, warranty, comp and sold parts sent out by sales or tech support - Handling of RMA requests and shipping out for refurb and replacement parts- Daily use of Netsuite for producing assembly work orders and issuing out to production- Track weekly production goals and machine deadlines, communicate delays to sales team ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------At American Canning Machines, we take pride in helping small-scale beverage producers share their craft in cans.
