I assist Unique Campus Rentals in the facilitation of their rental properties. My responsibilities include: showing potential tenants varying properties to rent, directing maintenance requests from current residents to our maintenance staff, managing online database requests for showings or rental inquiries from platforms such as Zillow, and other various management tasks to ensure the needs of all current and potential renters are met.
