In this role, I assist in overseeing a team of a Project Lead and 4 consultants to provide recommendations for local non-profits. I also help define our organizational core competencies and incorporate them into our solution processes. Finally, I establish strategic initiatives that further the organization’s impact on our clients, partners, and University community.

In this role, I established and executed on the project scope, letter of engagement, and timeline for semester engagement while maintaining consistent contact with clients through cycles of bi-weekly updates and deliverables.I also led a team of 4 consultants to execute on aspects of the letter of engagement.

In this role, I worked closely with a team of 3 other consultants to research & determine rebranding solutions for a local non-profit. This engagement also included the use of data analysis to determine the most appropriate brand structure.

I instruct dance steps to students between the ages of 3-12 while encouraging the students to develop confidence and teamwork skills. Also, I help the young dancers set and achieve goals in and out of the studio.

In this role, I spent 15 hours a week learning new hard and soft skills along with 9 other interns. Some of these skills include public speaking, data analysis, and critical thinking. I also worked in groups of 5 on different case studies as preparation for my upcoming role as a consultant.

I created a safe, fun and educational environment for the children where I cooked healthy meals for the children to eat. Everyday I would take the children to their activities and then converse with their parents about their child’s behavior
