I am currently a first-year student studying a bachelor of business entrepreneurship and innovation at the University of South Australia. I believe that I perceive a strong work ethic as I am passionate about management and business and hope to start my own business in the near future. I have a certificate 3 in entrepreneurship which I obtained in year 12 at high school, I have also been working since the age of 14, which has lead to me managing and leading a team at my current job.My classmates and co-workers have described me as a strong-willed, creative and focused leader who is hard-working and passionate about work and leading a team. I have had experience in leadership positions as well as running a small business within the last 5 years. I strive for high achievement in all that I do, which I showcase through decision making and being highly proficient. These skills are achieved by being self-efficient, as I am focused and believe in my ability to complete tasks and reach goals.I will be graduating in 2026 and I plan to pursue a career in management or potentially becoming an entrepreneur and running my own business. I am excited and will work hard for this opportunity as it has been something I have always wanted to do and achieve.
