Knightwing is a small team of professional photographers and videographers who service clients all across the state of Michigan. They are rapidly growing and have recently decided to invest a Business Management position, which I am grateful to spearhead. As a jack-of-all-trades, I am helping to execute marketing, project management, and business growth strategies.

At IJGA I worked to manage and operate all aspects of the marketing department including visual and written content creation, distribution, networking, and partner relationships across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. I oversaw the redevelopment of three company websites strategically building customer information flows while integrating the CEO’s objective of an Alumni Network and Coaching Network. I helped to redefine the roles and operations of the position to fulfill the marketing needs of the company more efficiently. I worked to save $4,500/month evaluating current operations and realigning the activities of 3rd party agencies and partners.

• Analyzed a dataset of 475 Small-Medium Enterprises across four countries (U.S., Ivory Coast, France, and India) andfocused on one of five variables that classifies organizations as high performing.• Conducted Regression, PESTLE, and Triple Bottom Line analysis with my team of six on these companies to create visuals,draw insights, and conclude upon their status as high performing.• Presented findings at the Chambre de Commerce de Pau to their board members.

• Created and organized a charity event to feed the homeless in St. Petersburg Florida• Led a team of 20 students through different planned events during our trip.• Collaborated weekly with 2 other members to achieve the desired impact on both the students and the recipients.
