I am a family law and litigation attorney experienced in federal and state court practice, a former federal clerk, legal writing instructor, and associate at both Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Schlam, Stone & Dolan in NYC. I have argued successfully before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals for the reinstatement of a civil rights complaint that had been dismissed below; and won a custody appeal before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.I offer divorce litigation and mediation services, negotiation and drafting of separation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, parenting plans, post-divorce modifications, and assistance with obtaining domestic violence restraining orders. I also handle all types of civil litigation and appeals from same.
