Analytics• Ensure all HRIS are current, including recruitment, payroll, LMS, and benefit admin systems• Analyze benefit data and audit all invoices to ensure correct billing and correct payroll deductions. • Compile data for all compliance reporting- ACA, OSHA 300A, NDT, 1095-C, W-2, EEO-1Training • Schedule, coordinate, and track all training, such as New Team Member Orientation and Monthly Safety Training. • Maintain and audit all training documents and files to ensure compliance with Company policy and regulatory guidelines. • Create new training programs to help develop job skills, safety compliance, and regulatory guidelines. • Implemented the Learning Management System and imported all past training. Employee Maintenance • Process payroll change requests- including rate, deduction, benefit and earning changes. • Process employee all new hires and terminations, and ensure all information is up to date in all HRIS. • Main point of contact in leave of absences, including FMLA, worker’s comp, STD, LTD• Maintain all CDL files and ensure all records are up to date.
