I recently read (and learned again) that for most people, we'll spend more of our life at work than we will at home. While this may be something we've all learned before, it's easy to overlook the significant impact our work environment has on our daily lives. Because of this, my philosophy has always been to make work an enjoyable addition to my life and I've been lucky to have had so many jobs that I have absolutely loved! As I've grown and asked myself "what do I really want to be when I grow up," I've settled on the answer that I really want to help people in ways that truly matter. My strengths and interests have pointed me towards mental health counseling, which is a graduate degree I am currently pursuing. In the meantime, I love being able to dedicate my time helping people insure the things that matter most to them.
