In my role as a Commercial Graduate and Process Developer at Celsa UK, I have been instrumental in the creation and development of the Non-Ferrous Department. When I first joined, this department did not exist, and I was tasked with building it from the ground up. I took the lead in coordinating the development of custom systems within SAP to streamline the entire process from sales agreement to shipment of materials. This includes establishing seamless workflows for managing sales, adjusting stock prices and generating real-time reports to monitor stock and material profitability. In addition to operational development, I am responsible for the creation and generation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and in-depth financial reports. Using advanced Excel models, I conduct detailed financial analysis and performance tracking, which is presented to upper management both domestically and internationally. These reports highlight the department’s successes, growth metrics, and financial performance, enabling senior management to set strategic goals and make informed decisions regarding the department’s direction. By providing clear insights into operational efficiency, profitability, and market performance, I helped ensure that the Non-Ferrous Department aligned with the company's broader growth objectives and became a significant contributor to Celsa UK's overall commercial success.Through these initiatives, I helped transform the Non-Ferrous Department into a profitable and scalable operation, capable of handling multiple sales transactions daily. I am proud to have played a critical role in creating a reliable and impenetrable system that serves as the backbone of the department’s operations. This system has not only streamlined processes but also contributed significantly to the company’s overall commercial success, ensuring the department remains a key contributor to Celsa UK’s growth strategy.
